The Saraiva e Associados (S+A) firm is responsible for the architecture of Ribamar. Founded in 1996 by architect Miguel Saraiva, S+A has become an international company with a presence in 9 countries, offering innovative and functional architectural solutions. Its design philosophy focuses on creating spaces that improve people's quality of life, prioritizing comfort, aesthetics and sustainability.
With projects all over the world and a reputation for technical precision and conceptual quality, S+A brought its vision to the design of Ribamar, a residential development that merges modernity, sustainability and beauty in one place. The integration of Ribamar in the surrounding environment and its humanistic design are a clear reflection of the vision of the S+A office.
Among its most emblematic projects are the ALLO – Alcântara Lisbon Offices, the Infinity Tower and the Hotel Santa Apolónia.
